Mr. Chen Hong got his Master Degree from South Illinois University, USA. He has set out his study on Teaching Chinese as a Second Language (TCSL) since 1984 and has been devoting to the research and development of Chinese proficiency test since 1993. He is now working as the Quality Director of Chinese Proficiency Test Center, Beijing Language and Culture University.
